Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped from Monday to Friday,
Warehouse processing time: 3-7 working days (working days do not include weekends or holidays)
Shipping time: 10-15 working days
Total time: warehouse processing + shipping time = 13–22 working days
These are estimates based on the time it will take for most orders to be delivered. Actual processing and shipping times may be shorter or longer depending on order size.

When will my order arrive?
After the order is shipped, our salesman will inform the tracking number of the goods or you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email. Includes optional SMS order tracking, please note that incorrect email addresses will not receive tracking.
Shipping times vary by destination. Additional delivery times may be required in remote areas from the estimated delivery date.
The time it takes for an international package to arrive may vary depending on the countries listed below and is dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
For international orders: We recommend using https://www.17track.net/ to get full tracking information for your package and paste the tracking code into your local postal mail service.

Please contact family members or family members first, or other areas where your package may end up. Make sure your address is correct when sending.
Cantikcosmetic is not responsible for any loss, theft, customs charges, duties or delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier that may apply in the country.
Cantikcosmetic is only responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking is received, there is assurance between the shipping company and the customer that the shipment arrives safely.

I want to cancel my order.
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot change it and the order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.
My address is incorrect. what do I do?
If your order status is not complete, you can change your address. Please email us now at [email protected] so we can correct the address before sending.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your email before your order is shipped, as the order will be shipped as soon as possible.
Once your order is complete, it cannot be modified. We recommend that you monitor your tracking number and contact your carrier for more information.
If we receive your package, we will charge a fee to resend a brand new package with the new label, otherwise a refund will be made minus the full shipping fee.
Cantikcosmetic is not responsible for incorrectly delivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
The package was returned to the sender. Unclaimed packages.
If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or an unclaimed package, we will charge the full shipping label fee to resend it. Varies by package weight and total weight.

Delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct as we cannot change any information or intercept the item once the package has left our facility.
We do our best to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected for damage and defects by our staff before leaving the warehouse.
If the item is defective or wrong, please contact Customer Service by email ([email protected]) or one-on-one with a connected salesperson within three (3) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect.
Any claims made after (3) business days will not be accepted.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, Cantikcosmetic is not responsible for refunding or replacing the item once it has been dispatched from our facility.
Cantikcosmetic will no longer be responsible once your package has been shipped from our factory. In the rare event that your item is lost or stolen in transit, Cantikcosmetic is not responsible for refunding or replacing your item.
If taxes and customs charges are not paid on arrival, we cannot return the package once it has been returned to us.
Please note that Cantikcosmetic is not responsible for any shipping charges, international duties or taxes incurred due to deliveries, rejections or unclaimed shipments.
